We understand your purchase may not be exactly what you need or expect. In this unlikely event, we invite you to take a closer look at our return & exchange policy:

Returns (undamaged) with original receipt

Ship back the product to us in original condition - within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund (not including shipping). For health and safety reasons, and to protect our suppliers’ efforts in manufacturing quality products, we only accept returns that are in original, unopened, undamaged, and unmarked condition.

Please email service@bestgift.com to initiate a return.

If eligible, your refund will be processed on the original payment method you used for the purchase. For credit card payments it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed since you’ve received the product, you will not be eligible for a refund.
