The Anthem Heavy Duty Paring features a 3¼" blade and is 7⅜" long overall and easily slices cucumbers and onions, quickly trims meat, and gives the user superior leverage. This is the knife to reach for when you’re cutting, slicing, and coring.
With Rada’s Anthem Tomato Slicer, you’ll be slicing tomatoes with the utmost precision, without squashing. This knife’s 4⅜" blade slices through zucchini, heads of lettuce, kiwifruit, and so much more. This is truly an amazing multitasking tool! Anthem Super Parer is the largest Anthem paring knife (4⅜" blade, 9" overall). It cuts through peppers, potatoes, and apples, and when you’re prepping a large quantity of food, this knife makes it a comfortable task. Another super knife!

Hand washing Rada’s silver-handle knives and utensils is recommended. This prevents microscopic dings on the blades’ cutting edge, and helps protect your cutlery from corrosion, ultimately extending the life of the finish. While Rada’s black-handle knives are more tolerant to the dishwasher, Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery.
